New Stuff

We have been BUSY this summer!  I went to the 9 in One class at CrossFit CLE yesterday and realized - I fell off track a bit.  Not only did I go out and have a few (maybe more than a few) drinks on Thu, but I also had a couple of appetizers that had a lot of bread.  I had a double hangover that I feel like I have just finally shook!!  Besides, I hurt my back and was told to take it easy for 2 weeks - and I did - so I am getting back on the wagon this week.  (Jimi ran me through a workout and I ran once in between and I did just fine so it's on!)

Today we have a BBQ with family (thank God) so it's all good food tonight.  I am making a little treat (recipe compliments of my sis-in-law Laura) that I will post later w/a pic:  Sausage & Cheese Stuffed, Bacon Wrapped Jalepenos.  Yum.
